What does the test measure 🔍

The test detects THC’s primary metabolite, THC-COOH, which may remain in the body for several days or even weeks after use. The detection threshold is 50 ng/ml, corresponding to standard screening limits used in occupational health, workplace testing, and monitoring contexts.

The analysis method is immunochromatographic and is also widely used in laboratory-based drug testing. Accuracy is up to 99.8% when compared with laboratory results.

Difference compared to a more sensitive option ⚖️

This version with a 50 ng/ml cutoff is intended for general screening and situations where established limits are applied. If more sensitive detection is required, for example to identify earlier use or for self-monitoring purposes, an alternative with a lower detection threshold of 20 ng/ml is also available. Please refer separately to the more sensitive option if a lower cutoff level is required.
