Delivery terms

1. Terms of delivery

The prices of the products include VAT. Payment is made in Euro. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. If the availability of any product ends or is unreasonably prolonged, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel parts of the order in order to expedite delivery. We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, registered users can follow the progress of the order from the “My Account” section of the site. We will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer. A binding sales contract is created in connection with the order confirmation. Delivery has taken place when a part of the order has been delivered to the consumer or a notification that the order can be picked up from the post office.

2. Ordering

The customer must be a person with legal capacity residing in the EU. Children under the age of 18 can order with the consent of a guardian. In order to confirm the order, the customer must log in to the site or provide his/her name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and the name and contact details of the guardian of a subscriber under 18 years of age. Testerit.fi the customer register of the online store is confidential and the information will not be disclosed to other parties. The customer agrees to the contract, order and delivery terms valid in connection with the order to be delivered. Ordering is only done through Testerit.fi or Kotiapteekki.net websites. We will send an order confirmation email.
If the products are delivered to the mailbox and the product(s) you have ordered cannot withstand frost, you can order the products to be delivered as a package to a Posti or Matkahuolto office or agent point. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions.

3. Delivery methods

The Testers online store has comprehensive delivery options. The online store automatically eliminates the delivery methods suitable for the order, from which the customer can choose the option that suits them best. The online store reserves the right to change the delivery method if delivery is not possible with the selected delivery method. The price of the selected delivery method is added to the price of the ordered products and notified to the customer in the Cashier section of the online store before paying for the order.

During the winter, it is good to take into account that e.g. Many of our urine test strips cannot withstand frost. If the products are delivered to an outdoor mailbox and the product(s) you have ordered cannot withstand frost, you can also order the products as a package to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel locker. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions. The frost sensitivity of the product is indicated on the product’s sales page.

  • Letter

Delivery time is 4-10 business days (indicative delivery time), shared in mailbox, no tracking information. As a rule, let’s divide into 2. Weekday. Posti occasionally has problems with its letter delivery and we do not recommend letter mail if you need your order quickly. Please note that the delivery time is indicative and we cannot guarantee the functionality of postal letter delivery. 

Posti parcel locker

Posti’s parcel locker is an easy way to receive parcels. The order will be delivered to the parcel locker of your choice and can be picked up mainly after 4 pm on the working day following the dispatch. The parcel will be stored in a parcel locker for seven days from its arrival. The arrival notification and parcel locker code will be sent by SMS. The customer can choose a suitable SmartPost parcel locker from the options available based on the delivery address of the order. If the SmartPost machine is full, the order will be delivered to the nearest Posti pick-up point. Ttestit sends the tracking ID to the email provided by the subscriber when the order has departed. The parcel can be tracked through Posti’s Shipment Tracking service. Posti will send a notification of arrival, the locker number of the parcel locker and its opening code by text message. Delivery Mon-Fri by 7 pm.

Orders are stored in SmartPost for a maximum of 7 days.

  • Posti Postal Package

The order will be delivered to a Posti pick-up point of your choice and it can be picked up as a rule within two working days of sending the order.  The arrival notification will be sent by SMS. The pick-up point is selected in the online store based on the customer’s delivery address. The desired pick-up point can also be selected separately at the checkout of the online store from the delivery options menu. If the pick-up point is congested, the order can be delivered to another nearby pick-up point.

Ttestit sends the tracking ID to the email provided by the subscriber when the order is about to leave. The parcel can be tracked through Posti’s Shipment Tracking service. Posti will send the arrival notification either by text message or email. The order can be picked up using the arrival notification or shipment ID. The person collecting them must always prove their identity at the time of collection. The package can also be picked up by another person with the tracking number and your own ID. Delivery Mon-Fri by 7 pm.

Orders are stored for a maximum of 7 days.

  • Posti Home Delivery

As a rule, the order is delivered to its destination on the next working day after the order has been shipped. It will be delivered to the recipient at the agreed time between 9 am and 9 pm. Posti agrees on the delivery time with the recipient in advance by text message, through which a link can be used to select a suitable delivery time.

Orders are delivered to recipients on weekdays. In the largest cities, delivery is possible until 9 pm, in other areas shipments are delivered by 2 pm.

If the recipient cannot be reached, a paper contact request will be left for him/her. If the recipient is not in contact, the shipment will be returned to the sender after seven days.

  • Posti small parcel

The order is delivered all the way to the mailbox or through the mail box. (Note: risk of freezing in outer drawers) A small parcel is delivered in Finland with the day post office and is usually delivered within 2-3 days of sending the order. Ttestit sends the tracking ID to the email provided by the subscriber when the order has departed. The parcel can be tracked through Posti’s Shipment Tracking service.

  • Matkahuolto XXS package

As a rule, the package is delivered to a Matkahuolto office or agent point within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your package is available for pickup.

  • Matkahuolto Near package

The order will be delivered to a Matkahuolto parcel point or parcel locker of your choice, and it can be picked up as a rule within 1-2 working days of sending the order. The parcel will be stored at the parcel point and parcel locker for seven days from its arrival. The arrival notification and possible parcel locker code will be sent by SMS or email. You can pick up Matkahuolto parcels from more than 2,000 parcel points and parcel lockers around Finland (e.g. Matkahuolto, K-Market, R-kioski and many other Matkahuolto parcel points).

  • Matkahuolto’s home delivery

As a rule, the order will be delivered within 1-3 working days of sending the order. It is delivered to the recipient between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on the working day following the delivery time. For consumer customers, Matkahuolto agrees on the delivery time with the recipient in advance by phone, phone or SMS.

ATTENTION!
Testers is NOT responsible for delays caused by the transport of shipments. We recommend placing your order on time. Posti and Matkahuolto occasionally have problems with delivery. Posti’s fault reports may lead to possible delivery problems. The website also provides information on Posti’s constantly changing delivery practices.

4. Payment

The payment intermediaries of the online store are Visma Pay and PayPal

  • Visma Pay

Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are made through Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

PayPal is an international payment service through which you can pay with payment cards

4.1 Visma Pay payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking codes, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. When paying with a payment card, the payment will be debited immediately from the payment card

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online shopping in the application settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card connected to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, paying with a MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Jousto invoice and installment payment is a Finnish service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Flexibility is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With installments, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from 9,90 eur/month. The cost of the Jousto instalment payment is 3.90 eur/month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Jousto to pay for purchases between 30 and 3000 euros. The lender is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Enterpay Invoice for Business: You can pay for purchases directly with a regular invoice addressed to your business. The invoice payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. 5. Delivery

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store’s checkout function before the final acceptance of the order.

If the product is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to deliver it within 14 days, we will inform you as soon as possible. The envelopes will arrive directly at the order address, but the parcels must be picked up from the post office. For parcels, the delivery time is longer due to the arrival notification sent from the post office.

6. Discreet delivery

We send all letters discreetly packaged without the sender’s information, the package does not reveal its contents to outsiders. All our customer information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties unless the customer has given permission to do so. The Visma Pay payment service guarantees a secure payment transaction.

7. Returns

The consumer has the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 (14) days of receipt of the product(s), excluding the date of receipt. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging. All costs arising from the return shall be paid by the returner, unless there is a clear defect in the delivery attributable to the supplier.

Not redeeming a package is not the same as returning or cancelling.  Unclaimed packages will be returned to Testers if they have not been picked up by the supplier’s due date. Returning goods without notice or not redeeming the package is not sufficient as cancellation. We store returned packages for 14 days from their arrival back at the Testers. If, despite the return, you want the order to be sent again, we will charge a separate return shipping fee of 16,90 € with an advance invoice to your email. The package will be transferred to transport once the payment has arrived. After the storage period has exceeded, the products will be disposed of or delivered for recycling without notice and will not be refunded to the customer.

8. Lost or damaged product in delivery

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store without delay, but in any case within 14 days.

If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, report the damage to the company responsible for the delivery without delay. After this, contact us and we will agree on the delivery of a new product.

10. Force majeure

Testerit.fi is not responsible for the inability or delay in the delivery of an order in the event of force majeure, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision by an authority, disruption of public traffic or other similar obstacle Kotiapteekki.net independent of the online store.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or disagreements, Finnish law shall apply.
