How do I order products?

Use menus or Search to find the product you want on the site. Add as many items as you want to your cart and proceed from there to checkout and finally to pay for your order. Payment is made through Visma Pay or PayPal service. Healthcare units can also order by invoice.

Is it safe to buy?

It’s safe to buy. The payment is made through the Visma Pay payment service under the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are SSL-protected and we do not receive the customer’s account or card information, but only information about the successful or cancellation of the order payment. SSL is a method of data encryption that prevents data from falling into the wrong hands.

How do you deliver the products?

When ordering products, the service provides the most suitable delivery method according to the size and quantity of the products. Options include a letter and Post packages. The letters within EU are delivered discreetly without sender information. The content of a letter containing goods that is sent outside the EU must be reported both with a CN22 customs label attached on top of the letter along with sender and receiver information. Orders over €70 are shipped free of charge. Depending on the time of ordering, our delivery time is 2-5 business days. Why has the product I ordered not arrived?

If the product you ordered has not arrived within 7 business days of ordering, please contact our customer service, either via the contact form or by sending an email to [email protected]. Please also check if the payment has been charged from your account/credit card. If you have registered on the site, you can track the order details in your own customer account.

What are the benefits of registering?

By registering as a customer, you can track the processing steps of your order in real time. When registered and logged in, you can choose a saved shipping address at the ordering stage and it does not need to be rewrited every time. Are the products of high quality?

Our tests are clinically tested and highly reliable. Test manufacturers give all our tests more than 90% accuracy when they are done according to the instructions. We sell CE certified tests for home and professional use. Tests certified for professional use have not been studied for home use.

How long do drugs appear in the urine?

The visibility of different drugs in different tests depends on a great many factors. Factors influencing the results include the method of analysis, the substance used, the purity of the substance, the amount of use, the frequency of use, the time from the last use, how long it has been used, the method of use and many unique features such as physique. The detection times for different substances vary greatly. Cannabis and certain medicines (e.g. benzodiassepirins), the fastest disappearing opiates and its derivatives remain in the sample. Returning the product?

The consumer has the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 (14) days of receipt of the product(s), excluding the date of receipt. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging. All costs arising from the return shall be paid by the returner, unless there is a clear defect in the delivery attributable to the supplier.
