🧪 BUP drug test instructions
Immerse the end of the test strip marked with arrows into the urine or liquid sample to a depth of about 1 cm (the maximum level is marked on the strip). Hold it in the sample for approximately 15–20 seconds.
Remove the strip and place it on a flat surface. Read the result after 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after more than 10 minutes.
- Two lines (C and T) = negative result (buprenorphine not detected or below the cut-off level)
- Only the C line visible = positive screening result
- If the C line does not appear, the test is invalid
