Global Network Oy / testerit.fi (“Testers”) is a Finnish company located at Vähäheikkiläntie 56 C, 201810 Turku.
This is testerit privacy policy. When you contact us, for example, when purchasing products or services from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy and give your consent to the storage of your personal data. At the same time Testerit.fi consent to use electronic channels to transmit information.
Protecting your personal data is a top priority for Testers. We collect and use your personal data strictly in accordance with the legal restrictions set out in the Finnish Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to provide you with products and services and to fulfil our related obligations, we must use your personal data as described below.
- What data do we store?
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data stored electronically and in writing from different sources.
You provide us with information about yourself or your company, in connection with a purchase, when you request an offer for our products, when subscribing to our newsletter, by following us on social media or by contacting us by email or phone. We may combine personal data collected electronically with personal data collected in connection with personal contacts and events.

Website traffic and analysis – Cookies :Testers compile, collect and analyze information about the use, traffic and functionality of Testers websites to improve the functioning and user experience of our website. This is done using cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our web server stores on the device on which you browse our website. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies. This includes the use of personal data and is based on your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
We use the following types of cookies:

- Location of your data
We store your personal data on servers located safely in the EU/EEA. Since we take data protection seriously, we do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA, and all our processors are subject to strict confidentiality regarding your personal data. - Storage and deletion of data
We store stored data for as long as is appropriate to meet our obligations or for as long as other legislation, as specifically required by the Accounting Act.
For example, we will delete the information related to your profile “On Your Own Pages” when the account is deleted, while information about the account contact person and billing materials will be stored for five years so that we can process future requests and comply with applicable accounting laws. If material changes have been made to this statement or to how we use your personal data, we will inform you either by adding a visible bulletin of such changes before making any changes, or by sending you a direct release.
